The Doctor Schedule provides a web-based scheduling platform that enables organizations to create, manage, and optimize work schedules for their staff members. The Service includes features such as:

• Schedule generation and optimization
• Staff and task management
• Alert notifications for unfilled shifts
• Calendar views and exports
• Multi-tenant organization support

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Doctor Schedule shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

12. SMS and Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number to The Doctor Schedule, you expressly consent and opt in to receive SMS text messages from us regarding your schedule, shift notifications, alerts, and other service-related communications.

12.1 Consent to Receive Messages

You agree to receive automated text messages from The Doctor Schedule at the mobile phone number you provide. Message content may include:

• Schedule updates and changes
• Shift assignment notifications
• Alerts for unfilled shifts
• Service announcements and updates
• Account and security notifications

12.2 Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on your account settings, schedule activity, and alert preferences. You may receive multiple messages per day during periods of high scheduling activity.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your mobile carrier will apply to all text messages sent and received. The Doctor Schedule is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier.

12.3 Opt-Out and Support

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time:

• Text STOP to cancel: Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message to opt out of all future messages
• Text HELP for info: Reply HELP or INFO to any message to receive assistance and support information
• Account settings: You can also manage your SMS preferences through your account settings in the application

After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message indicating you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from The Doctor Schedule unless you opt back in.

12.4 Carrier Requirements

SMS messaging is available on all major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You are responsible for maintaining an active mobile phone number and notifying us of any changes to your number.

12.5 No Emergency Use

SMS messages are not intended for emergency communications. Do not rely on text messages for time-sensitive or urgent matters. Always use direct communication methods for emergencies.
